Prana Flow Immersion - Fire Element

Join the amazing Coral Brown for a 2 1/2 hour Prana Flow Immersion exploring the element of fire.

The seat of the Self is thought to be located in the third chakra, the Manipura.
Often the ego is viewed as a negative element of our make-up. In this yoga practice we explore creative core cultivation to burn through negative attachments and re-establish our relationship to the Self in a healthy balanced way.

Coral Brown is certified through Shiva Rea as a 500RYT. Coral teaches Prana Flow yoga and travels the world teaching and assisting her teacher Shiva. Prana Flow is an energetic, creative, full-spectrum approach to embodying the flow of yoga cultivated by Shiva Rea and the Global Vinyasa Collective of Teachers. Students of all levels are empowered to experience prana - the universal source of breath, life-energy and conscious intelligence - as the navigating source of yoga practice and vital living. Coral invites you to come and experience your source, your SELF through yoga. Coral has also received her Masters of Arts from Salve Regina University's Holistic Counseling program and sees clients through All That Matters.  www.coralbrown.net
